Try it Out Night

For first year wrestlers only, ages 5 through 6th grade. Come meet the coaches, see the wrestling room, and have your child maybe even learn a few moves to see if they might like joining our team. To be held 11/13 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the downstairs South Western High School wrestling room.

You can access this room by entering through the set of three doors located on the side of the high school building facing the football field. T-shirt, shorts, and socks are all that they need to wear in the room. If you have wrestling shoes go ahead and bring those too.

Practices:

All pre-practice open rooms, parent meetings and practice start dates TBD

Practices are held in two separate sessions. Group 1 is for wrestlers with 0-2 years of experience. Group 2 is for wrestlers with more than 3+ years experience along with 5th and 6th graders.

Group 1 practices on Monday and Wednesday from 6:15 to 7:15 pm

Group 2 practices on Monday and Wednesday from 7:15 to 8:30 pm and Thursday from 6:30 to 8:00 pm
